THE #19 HOUSE

Michael Hurlocker approached the development of Tessera subdivision with an uncommon sensitivity to the “lay of the land”. A looped road pattern was chosen with graceful curves that follow the natural contours of the hills and afford the most desirable views for each individual home site. Views, topographical characteristics, and light patterns were carefully studied for each building site within the subdivision.Tessera 19 has been carefully sited to capture dramatic Sangre de Cristo andJemez mountain views.
