David is responsible for all aspects of the construction of a Hurlocker Home from initial excavation and foundation work to finished details. He works directly with the crew, subcontractors, developer, decorator, landscaper, architect, and owner to bring their talents and ideas together into a precisely executed dwellling. Italian tile, imported stone, rich plasters, and distinctive lighting systems are just some of the elements that are masterfully orchestrated in every Hurlocker Home. Her eye for color and materials creates surroundings that are captivating and inviting.

FELICIA FREDD
Landscape Design
Felicia specializes in architecturally defined, integrated garden spaces that are comforting, simple and rich in textures, forms, and colors. Using native and xeric species, she creates a sustainable landscape structure that matures well and requires little maintenance. Every Hurlocker Home is delivered to the owner completely landscaped.
