Michael Hurlocker; developer, and Robert Zachry; architect,
approached the development of the Tessera subdivision with
an uncommon sensitivity to the “lay of the land”.
A looped road pattern was chosen with graceful curves that follow
the natural contours of the hills and afford the most desirable views
for each individual home site.
Views, topographical characteristics, and light patterns
were carefully studied for building clusters within the subdivision.
Once these sites were identified, simulated dwellings were overlaid on the plat
and the vistas were analyzed using a view chart and a vertical and horizontal window model.
This attention to detail is rare in the practice of land development.
Your home site will be unique, take maximum advantage of the topography,
and afford the best possible views.
This uncompromising approach is the value that comes with your custom home
in the “Mosaic” that is Tessera.
